Statometer (DWLR- Acoustic Type)
A digital water level recorder of the acoustic type is a device used for measuring and recording water levels. It operates by emitting sound waves into the water and measuring the water level. The recorder consists of a transducer that emits and receives the sound waves, connected to a data logger. The data logger captures the water level readings and store it. These recorders are often used to measure the water level in piezowells, observation wells, tubewells. Statometer gives accurate results where the traditional methods like pressure sensors are not feasible or accurate and wells with corrosive fluids or with high turbidity.
